Our happiest Happy Hour is back! Dandy Lion Sessions is an intimate Friday concert series that takes place in the cafe section of the VEC. Two feature performers perform a set each, and then the floor turns into an open mic!

Originally called Happy Happenings, Dandy Lion Sessions was created to be a space where emerging talent and singer-songwriters on our island can shine and share their original creations. Our main performers have come from a wide range of backgrounds, including UVIC Music graduates, musicians who have recently moved to the island and Creative BC Career Development grant winners.

Come join us if you want to share art with the community, support local artists while drinking local craft cider/beer and listening to some live music in a cozy space, or network with other music lovers! This event is free and funded by Creative BC.
